The first process to gather the software requirements from the client, analyze and document them. Then submit the proposal for the software which includes the scope, technology used, work duration, cost etc. Revise if required.
Once the proposal is approved, we will allocate resources and start the project development and submits the work progress reports and demos in different stages as per mentioned in the project proposal terms.
Implementing software is a daunting task, and it’s super important. Once the instalaltion is completed, Create user accounts for every person, team and department that will use the new tool. Then we train to use the software.
Data360 provides Online or On-site support to the clients as per the situation. Support will be provided on Pay Per Call or AMC basis. Software updates will be free or chargable depending on the update type and complexity.
